2. Download Lavasoft's Ad-Aware or SpyBot to your hard drive.
(It will not hurt to install both programs but you should have at least Ad-Aware installed)

3. Open and run the file after downloading it and install the program on your computer.

4. Always click on "Check for updates" located above the start button in the
Ad-Aware program, and always click on the "Search for Updates" button in Spybot
before running the programs.
